To date, no illnesses have been associated with this product and no other date codes or Produce Valley, Inc. products are affected by the recall. Although two independent laboratory tests were performed on this specific batch of product and both tests showed Negative results for Salmonella contamination, this product is being recalled voluntarily out of an abundance of caution for the well-being of our consumers. The recalled product was only distributed to supermarkets in the Southwestern United States.
